We process information on the basis that there is a legitimate interest, as you (the prospective client) have submitted an enquiry via our online contact form, which generates a direct email to us.

Images displayed on the website that demonstrate our products and services have all been provided by our previous clients or through collaboration with professional photographers. All of whom, provided consent to use the images on this website and social media platforms.

Information we process because we have a legal obligation

Sometimes, we must process your information in order to comply with a statutory obligation. For example, we may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.
